If you received a product from JIN JIN that is defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:
Email your return to:
Email subject should reflect your order number (i.e Order 1860)
In the email, you must include photos of the defective or damaged product so we can see what is wrong with it
Please describe the reason for your return
Once we receive your email return, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours.
JIN JIN will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective or damaged products. We try to ship out exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your return request.
