This recipe is well easy - full of nutrients, fibre, and of course, living beneficial bacteria. #nobake

Packed full with goodness from Oats, and Cranberries these delicious balls will give you a positive energy to start the day!


Also a fabulous mid morning treat!







Get Ahead Breakfast Balls

Makes 10 balls


Ingredients:

80g organic porridge oats

25g broken cashew nuts

25g desiccated coconut

25g dried cranberries

90G Hungry Squirrel peanut butter (FULL OF LUSHNESS)

20ml JIN JIN


Methods:

- Mix all ingredients well together.

- Roll the mix into ten balls (around 25g each)

Optional: coat with shredded coconut

- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

(Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week)
