JIN JIN Raw Raspberry Bliss by The Dessert Lab

Created by Ilaria Marzullo a dessert recipe developer and the founder of The Dessert Lab , the recipe is very easy to make with just a handful of ingredients, It is vegan friendly , gluten free and lactose free. It'll be the highlight of any garden party this summer.



Makes 10 balls


Ingredients:

100g frozen raspberry

80g gluten free oats

55g desiccated coconut

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 pinch of salt

40g agave syrup

20ml JIN JIN

Methods:

- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until become a sticky dough. (add a few drops of water if needed)

- With your hands, roll the dough into ten balls

Optional: coat with shredded coconut or freeze-dried raspberry powder.

- Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.

(Or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week)
