Over Night Berries Bircher Oats


Serves 1


Ingredients:

20ml JIN JIN

50g Oats

20g Frozen mixed wild berries

100ml Oat milk

1 tbsp Linwoods Flaxseed Almonds Brazil & Q10

To Serve: berries, yoghurt, peanut butter, granola.


Method:

1. Mix all ingredients well together in an air tight jar,

2. Place in the fridge overnight.

3. Serve with berries, yoghurt, peanut butter, granola.
